Connecting with I-15
in Southern California

I-15 is the main
corridor traversing the area along the west side of the Rockies. I-15 also
connects the San Diego area, plus San Bernardino and Victorville to I-10
and I-40. In fact, it is the only Interstate feeder connecting I-40 to the
Pacific coastal area.

Unfortunately, I-15 has become a
'bumper-to- bumper high speed raceway for people rushing to Las Vegas.
Even the addition of 'third lanes' is not expected to
resolve this problem. If you are connecting with I-40 and coming from (or going to) San Diego and
other areas south or east of Los Angeles, you have no realistic
alternative to I-15.
